FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY LESSONS?

If you are a member, you will be billed via your Membersplash account. 


If you are a non-members, you will need to pay via cash or check in the office.  

WHAT IS THE POLICY FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER

If there is inclement weather or the temperature is below 70 degrees, the instructor will contact you prior to your lesson to check in with you.  If you would like to cancel the lesson, you will be responsible for going to the website to schedule a new time.  If you have already paid for the lesson, you will be credited and will not have to pay twice.  If there is a thunderstorm and we communicate that the pool will close, the lesson will be canceled and rescheduled.

WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY IF I CAN NOT MAKE IT TO MY LESSON?

If you have to cancel your lesson, please notify the office 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the lesson.  If you do not attend your lesson you will be billed for your lesson time.

ARE ALL LESSONS PRIVATE LESSONS?

Yes!  All lessons are private lessons unless you specifically need to book young siblings together.  If so, please make sure you note that when putting your lesson information in the system or notify the office so we can notify our instructors.

DO YOU OFFER GROUP LESSONS?

At this point, we currently do not offer group lessons at PCC, only private.
